Armed with aggression and ready to disrupt the industries, Los Angeles based producer, artist and engineer Jesse Millard represents the raw energy and emotion of harder music and makes it accessible to the masses by combining low tuned guitars, pop inspired compositions, and modern production elements to bring a unique style all his own.
Growing up with a vast array of influences from the likes of Atreyu, Suicide Silence, and BMTH, all the way to Justin Timberlake, The Weekend, and MGK it’s no mistake that Jesse Millard’s music comes at you with barrier breaking force balanced with enticing emotional melodies.
That intensity and passion was brought to fruition in 2013 when Jesse began fronting the post hardcore band Closer to Closure, immediately signing to Oxide Records and taking the national stage.
After an extensive touring career sharing the stage with artists such a Memphis May Fire, Get Scared, The Plot In You and label mate’s Attack Attack, he shifted his focus to working with industry behemoths Atlantic Records and Hard8//Working Group (All Time Low, Metro Station, Never Shout Never) expanding his command of the industry through A&R and Artist Management.
Today, Jesse Millard takes that multi-instrumentalist production and engineering talent with him to build a roster of collaborations ranging from Sony Music and The Red Jumpsuit Apparatus to local legends and undiscovered talent.
